PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reconfigure logic in short time without complication of wiring. SOLUTION: The programmable logic circuit concerning an example of the present invention is provided with: a first transistor SP connected between a first power supply node N1 and an output node O1 and whose conductance changes according to relative relation of magnetization directions of a magnetic fixing layer and a magnetic recording layer; a second transistor SN connected between a second power supply node N2 and the output node O1 and whose conductance is set between the maximum value and the minimum value of the conductance of the first transistor SP; a third transistor T1 serially connected between a third power supply node N3 and the output node O1; and a resistance element R1. An output signal Y outputted to the output node O1 is verified at a state that input signals A, B are given and spin injection current is passed between the first and third power supply nodes N1 and N2.
