PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a time information certification processing program which perform timestamp processings (time information certification processing) per unit of documents that are put together, based on a prescribed condition. SOLUTION: A multifunction machine 10 that is the image processor executes signature processing and timestamp processing on an electronic document, read from an original and electronizes and preserves the processed electronic document as an official document.
