PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract interests of a user of an information terminal according to file operations and provide matching information. SOLUTION: When an application program issues a system call for file access, an access processing part 104 selects a file specified in the system call from a file retention part 102 and executes file access. A phrase extraction part 106 extracts a plurality of phrases from the file according to predetermined extraction rules. Keywords matching the extracted phrases are selected from those retained in a keyword retention part 110. A score processing part 120 weights each selected keyword according to the status of file access by the access processing part 104. An information selection part 150 receives the weighted keywords and determines a preferential keyword.
