PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peel-off sheet having high productivity by forming a fluorine resin coating of uniform thickness without any irregularity on a shape on the end edge part of a metal plate contacting or approximating on a fixing member of the peel-off sheet. SOLUTION: The peel-off sheet 1 for peeling off a paper form pressure-contacting a fixing roller by arranging the end edge of a metal sheet 1A so as to contact or approximate it on the fixing part of an electrophotographic device is provided with chamfer parts 1a and 1b pressure molded on the end edge of the peel-off sheet 1 and provided with a fluorine resin film 4 comprising a painted fluorine resin coating or a bonded fluorine resin film so as to cover the end edge including the chamfer parts 1a and 1b of the peel-off sheet 1.
