PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination balance and combination metering method, which allows manufacturing of commodities corresponding to various needs of consumers by simple operation. SOLUTION: The combination balance comprises a plurality of metering sections for holding and metering a metering object, and a controller. The controller performs combination calculation, based on the weight of the metering object supplied to the metering sections, and selects, as an optimal combination, one of the combinations of the metering sections establishing a combination condition. The combination balance comprises a calorie setting device for setting a target calorie, and a calorie conversion factor setting device for setting a calorie conversion factor as a conversion factor between the weight and calorie of the metering object.
