PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting tool for a panel measuring instrument which enables easy adjustment and setting of the panel measuring instrument, for example, on a desk. SOLUTION: The adjusting tool comprises: a mounting stand that has a terminal section including a power source terminal on its back surface and a connector for communication on the bottom surface and is mounted with the panel measuring instrument to be attached to a panel surface for use; a guide section for guiding the panel measuring instrument onto the mounting stand with its back surface directed downward and regulating the mounting position of the panel measuring instrument; and a power supply pin that is projected on the mounting stand, abuts on the power source terminal of the panel measuring instrument mounted on the mounting stand, and supplies electric power to the panel measuring instrument. The adjusting tool also comprises a power source switch that projects on the mounting stand, and supplies the electric power to the power supply pin by conducting when it is pressed by the back surface of the panel measuring instrument mounted on the mounting stand.
