PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shampoo consumption to restrain an environmental disruption. SOLUTION: A gas supply pipe 8 is connected to a gas inlet 7 of a gas supply device 6 for sucking gas to pressure-feed it. The downstream end of the pipe 8 is confluently connected to a water supply pipe 3 connected to a suction inlet 5 of a gas-liquid mixing pump 4. Water sucked by the pump 4 and the gas from the device 6 are mixed and agitated so as to contain microbubbles in water. Thereby, micronizing clusters (molecule aggregate) composing water produces active water having an increased osmotic capacity (washing capacity). Using the active water as the washing water to wash the hair/skin eliminates the requirement of the shampoo or reduce its consumption. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
