PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable earth-retaining fence conduit which is superior in constructibility by virtue of lightness in weight, which can prevent the collapse of sediment by preventing the reception of water pressure and the frost heaving of the sediment by virtue of excellent drainability, and which can also prevent the outflow of the sediment, and an installation method for the permeable earth-retaining fence conduit. SOLUTION: A corrugated earth-retaining body 2, in which corrugated boards 3 with a recess 3E and a protrusion 3F, continuing into each other, are connected together, is laid across a plurality of supports 1A and 1A which are erected in an isolated manner along a conduit wall A. A plurality of drain holes 4 are formed along a longitudinal direction in the downward inclined surface 3C of the corrugated board 3, and a rough filter 6 is housed in the recess 3E in such a manner as to face the conduit wall A.
