PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure crushing and cutting device for a shovel machine which can simultaneously carry out alone the crushing of concrete and the cutting of steel frames and reinforcements, can quickly discharge the crushed concrete, and can take in a cutting object into the depth of cutter blades having a large cutting force. SOLUTION: In the structure of the concrete structure crushing and cutting device for the shovel machine, one of a pair of rotary arms which are rotatably pivoted to a holding frame and have the cutter blades mounted to end faces opposed to each other is provided with an auxiliary arm which is superposed on and fixed to one rotary arm across a gap in parallel with the rotary arm, and the other rotary arm is inserted into the gap between the auxiliary arm and the rotary arm having the auxiliary arm superposed thereon and fixed thereto, to thereby simultaneously carry out the crushing and cutting of the concrete structure. A space secured between the auxiliary arm and the rotary arm having the auxiliary arm superposed thereon and fixed thereto forms a shape space from which crushed concrete masses squeezed into the space can be easily discharged, and the cutter blades are formed into inwardly recessed L shapes.
