The arrangement has a pockel-cell (21), a delay plate (22) and a polarizing component (31) for a quality circuit and uncoupling is obtained by a polarizing component. The polarizing component is a thin section polarizer made from a double refracting crystal and also a beam displacer. The necessary high voltage is adjusted by the phase lag value of the delay plate. The desired uncoupling degree or resonator quality is varied over the phase lag value of the delay plate and also adjusted over the high voltage value.
