A foundation cover of a street light is provided to control horizontality and height of foundation covers of the street light by horizontal controlling members, and to check an electric leak by light change of LED lamps having sensors. A foundation cover(100) of a street light comprises a pair of cover members, LED lamps(160), and combining members. The cover members have upper and lower covers. The LED lamps are embedded in the upper covers. The combining members assemble the cover members. The cover members, made of an opaque material, have rubber packings and combining holes with grooves to insert the combining members and to prevent the combining members from being projected. The upper covers have holes for large windows(170) and opaque large windows attached to the holes. The lower covers have fixing holes formed with threads, and horizontality controlling bolts(150) with threads. The LED lamps have sensors to sense leaked current, to change the light of the LED lamps, and to recognize the electric leak.
