<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like bioelectrode which is free from a possibility to damage nerves, is attached more easily than before, and hardly develops a poor electrical contact between nerves and electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The bioelectrode 10 is equipped with a sheet-like insulating substrate 11, two sheet-like electrodes 12 which are fixed on the substrate and have flexibility, wire leads 13 connected to the electrodes 12, and a thread 14 connected to the substrate 11.
