<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable knee bolster capable of securing a space around a driver's lower legs. <P>SOLUTION: The movable knee bolster 11 is provided below an instrument panel of a vehicle, has a rotatable rotating part 62 and advances/retracts an opposing face of the rotating part 62 with respect to an occupant.
