PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact pressure control valve which has superior sealing characteristics, durability or functionality as a temperature shutoff valve and can be reduced in size, and to provide a method for manufacturing the pressure control valve and a fuel battery system equipped with the pressure control valve.

SOLUTION: This pressure control vale is provided with a movable part 1 operating with a differential pressure; a valve part comprising a valve seat part 3 and a valve body part 4 and a support part 5 for supporting the valve body part; and a transmission mechanism 2 for transmitting the operation of the movable part to the valve part. Either the movable part or the valve part is configured so as to be separated from the transmission mechanism.
