<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operational loads on a user when one portable terminal is given a plurality of credit card functions. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a management server 3 which is equipped with a credit card information database 5 for storing credit card information for specifying a contract account of the user, such as a user ID to identify a user registered with each financial institution, a card kind indicating the kind of credit card issued by the financial institution in which the user is in contract with, and a credit card number associated with one another.
