PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure for a motorcycle, having good appearance and capable of reducing the entering amount of water and dust etc. into an air cleaner, of preventing direct flowing in of external air to a suction port of the air cleaner and of preventing generation of negative pressure in the vicinity of the suction port of the air cleaner. SOLUTION: In the cover structure for the motorcycle 10, a main frame 11 is extended rearwardly from a head pipe 12, an engine 17 is mounted to the main frame 11, the air cleaner 23 having the suction port 37 opened rearwardly is mounted to the lower part of the main frame 11, and a leg shield 24 is positioned before legs of a driver. The cover structure of the motorcycle 10 includes an inner cover 47 provided before the air cleaner 23 inside the right and left sides of the leg shield 24 and arranged to cover the front direction of the suction port 37 of the air cleaner 23.
