发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR STATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator capable of providing high joint accuracy and high joint strength, and reducing loss with a simple manufacturing process by using divided iron cores adhesively layered. SOLUTION: For this stator which is jointed in an annular state after winding a concentrated winding around the divided iron core which is made by laminating adhered steel plates, a step 1 for jointing the divided joint surfaces of the divided iron around which the concentrated winding is wound in the annular state by using a shape retention fixture and an acrylic instantaneous adhesive agent, a step 2 for performing shrinkage fit for a frame as an annular structural object at an outer-periphery of the divided iron cores jointed in the annular state, and a step 3 for dropping varnish onto the concentrated winding to be fixed are provided.
