PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem in a structure obtained by integrally molding a bracket, a rotor core, and a permanent magnet: it is requred to insert the permanent magnet or fix it with adhesive or the like, in a mold, and the direction of rotation is visually positioned, thereby degrading positional accuracy in the direction of rotation. SOLUTION: Holes for inserting permanent magnets 2, and holes 5 or cuts 6 are provided. Projections 10 provided in a molding die 8 are inserted thereto and integral molding is carried out. The holes for inserting the permanent magnets 2 are provided on either end face side in the axial direction with permanent magnet stoppers 11 protruding toward the holes or into the holes.
