PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactor which can make a conduction to a bump even if its shape is flat. SOLUTION: The contactor 1 is composed of a spring part 2, a projected part 3 and a conductive part 5. The spring part 2 is made of single-crystal silicon wound in a spiral form, and the projected part 3 is projected toward a direction from a bump facing surface 2a of the spring part 2 to a bump facing direction. And, a projection height of the projected part 3 has a length which projects toward a bump facing direction over a surface of a wiring circuit board 11 where the contactor 1 is provided, and moreover, has a shorter length than an elongation corresponding to a yield elongation or an elasticity limit of the spring part 2.
