PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer which inhibits a contamination from being generated, and quickly stirs a reagent after it is injected. SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer is provided with: a reaction disk 9 for carrying a reaction vessel 8; a sample dispenser 12 for injecting a sample into the reaction vessel 8; reagent dispensers 15A, 15B for injecting the reagent into the reaction vessel 8 into which the sample is injected; and a stirring apparatus 16 for stirring the sample and the reagent within the reaction vessel 8. The location of the reaction vessel 8 which is stirred by the stirring apparatus and that C of the reaction vessel 8 into which the reagent is injected by the reagent dispenser 15B are made the same.
