PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof circuit unit for an internal combustion engine capable of increasing noise leak prevention effect by connecting a sealed coated layer provided on a water proof coating part coating a circuit unit main body to an earth pattern of a print circuit board with the shortest distance. SOLUTION: The waterproof coating part 3 coating the circuit unit main body is composed of an insulation coating layer 301 coating a coating required part of the circuit unit main body under a condition where at least a partial section of the earth patter of the print circuit board 1 is remained as non-insulated coating section, and a sealed coating layer 302 provided to coat the insulating coating layer 301 and the non-insulated coating section Ea and composed on conductive resin electrically connected to the earth patter of the print circuit board at a section in the non-insulated coating section Ea.
