PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining concrete placing method which enables lining concrete of a tunnel crest section to be efficiently and effectively compacted by using a simple constitution, without causing the much waste of a material and construction. SOLUTION: This tunnel lining concrete placing method comprises: a step of infilling and placing concrete into a lining space 23; a step of pulling a vibrator cable 19 while vibrating a rod-like vibrator 20, and of inserting a first hollow pipe 17a into a second hollow pipe 17b larger in outside diameter than the first hollow pipe 17a, until the first hollow pipe 17a is locked to the second hollow pipe 17b from a state in which the vibrator cable 19 is locked to the first hollow pipe 17a with the smallest outside diameter while leaving the rod-like vibrator 20 protruded; and a step of further pulling the vibrator cable 19, and of inserting the second hollow pipe 17b, into which the first hollow pipe 17a is inserted, into a third hollow pipe 17c larger in outside diameter than the second hollow pipe 17b, until the second hollow pipe 17b is locked to the third hollow pipe 17c.
