PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omnidirectional load bearing anchor for preventing rock fall, which can sufficiently and uniformly bear the earth pressure of the peripheral area, and stably resists tensile force in multiple directions. SOLUTION: The anchors function to fix upper and lower ends, right and left ends, and intersections of wire ropes longitudinally and transversely strained along the ground surface of a slope like a network, to the ground.
