PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow panel made of a synthetic resin, which facilitates the operation of fitting and inserting a reinforcing material into a hollow portion, and which eliminates the risk that the reinforcing material may cause a rattle in the hollow portion or that intrinsic heat insulating properties in the hollow panel may be deteriorated. SOLUTION: In this hollow panel P made of the synthetic resin, a main reinforcing material 3 and an auxiliary reinforcing material 4 are fitted and inserted into the at least one hollow portion 2 which is formed between the panel front-side layer 1a and panel backside layer 1b of the hollow panel P; a protrusive streak portion 4a of the auxiliary reinforcing material 4 is fitted into the recessed streak portion 3c of the main reinforcing material 3, so that the main reinforcing material 3 and the auxiliary reinforcing material 4 can be united together; the panel front-side layer 1a is pushed from an inside by a heat-insulating buffer material 5 which is attached to the main reinforcing material 3; and the panel backside layer 1a is pressed and supported from an inside by a supporting protrusive streak 4b of the auxiliary reinforcing material 4. The fitting and insertion operation is easily performed by separately fitting and inserting the main reinforcing material 3 and the auxiliary reinforcing material 4; the rattle is eliminated by the heat-insulating buffer material 5; and the heat insulating properties are secured by blocking heat conduction via the main reinforcing material 3 and the auxiliary reinforcing material 4.
