PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel ventilation control device, controlling the ventilation state in a tunnel, and reducing the power required for controlling the ventilation state in the tunnel. SOLUTION: The tunnel ventilation control device estimates based on a measured value measured by a vehicle sensor 2, and computes how the ventilation state in the tunnel enters when all ventilators 5 are stopped, supposing that the estimated traffic amount enters, and the operation or stopping of the ventilators 5 are determined based on the computed ventilation state.
