PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circulation device which leads air in a venting layer in an external wall and a partition wall on a lower story, via an L-shaped vent pipe, and a venting layer in a double-layer floor on an upper story, to be elevated to an external wall and a partition wall on the upper story. SOLUTION: According to the air circulation device, with respect to a substrate 13 stretched on an inside of a wall forming the external wall 1 and the partition wall 2 on the lower story 6, a space between a ceiling plate 14 and a lower surface of a girth 7 and a beam 8 on the lower story 6 is extended to a space between studs 17 and to an inside of the girth 7 and the beam 8, to thereby hermetically seal the space between the studs 17. Then a plurality of round holes 18 are formed at the center between the studs 17 of the substrate 13 on the lower story 6 at adequate locations under the girth 7 and the beam 8, and the plurality of round holes 18 are formed in a lower floor plate 10 of the double-layer floor 16 on the upper story 5, followed by connecting the L-shaped vent pipe 4 to the round hole 18 formed in the wall on the lower story 6 and to the round hole 18 formed in the lower floor plate 11 on the upper story 5. Thus air in the venting layer in the external wall 1 and the partition wall 2 on the lower story 6 is led via the vent pipe 4 to the venting layer 3 in the double-layer floor 16 on the upper story 5, to be elevated to the venting layer 3 in the external wall 1 and the partition wall 2 on the upper story 5.
