PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment intended for solving such a problem that a pair of conventional slacks which has an engaging function slips down in walking by the movement of the knee and the movement of shrinkage and swelling of the belly. SOLUTION: This garment as a pair of slacks has an engaging function on a position of the inner body ilium edge line thereof. As a result of this, the slacks are prevented from slipping down in wearing and walking, and have an advantage, owing to prevention of slipping down, of being comfortably wearable without allowing the lower part of a shirt (such as an outing shirt) put in the slacks to stretch outward and causing getting out of wearing shape.
