摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Ni-Si-based copper alloy superior in hot workability. SOLUTION: The Cu-Ni-Si-based copper alloy has a composition comprising, by mass%, 1 to 5% Ni, 0.3 to 1.5% Si, 0.01 to 0.5% Mg, 0.00005 to 0.01% Zr and the balance Cu with unavoidable impurities, while controlling contents of oxygen and sulfur included as the unavoidable impurities each to 0.001% or less; and further has a structure in which intermetallic compound particles of Ni, Si, Mg and Zr are dispersed in the matrix of the alloy.
