PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a nozzle hole is formed by laminating a nozzle forming member on a flow path member in which a liquid chamber is prepared, a nozzle with high precision can not be formed. SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 2 in which the nozzle 21 for discharging liquid is formed, the flow path member 1 in which the liquid chamber 11 communicated with the nozzle 21 is formed, and a resin film member 3 which is placed between the nozzle plate 2 and the flow path member 1 under a condition covering the liquid chamber 11, and in which a through-hole 31 communicating the nozzle 21 with the liquid chamber 11 is formed, are equipped. A flat face based on the resin film member 3 is formed on the flow path member 1 in which the liquid chamber 11 or the like is formed, and the nozzle 21 of the nozzle plate 2 is made on the flat face.
