PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered cosmetic material container capable of preventing a cosmetic material from scattering inside and around the container, and allowing a user to efficiently take out the necessary powdered cosmetic material regardless of the size of the container. SOLUTION: An outer annular part which makes resilient slide contact with the inner wall of the container, is provided on the outer surface of an inner lid attached to the container. The inner lid can be lowered according to the reduction of the powdered cosmetic material and can prevent leakage of the powdered cosmetic material from around the inner lid. Slits in an expansible part, which constitutes a cosmetic material storage chamber of the inner lid, are formed in a thick part which is formed continuously or intermittently to the cosmetic storage chamber side.
