PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely keep the circular form of a leather belt in the case of pulling a lead and solve the problem of the narrowing of the front side of the neck (throat part) of a dog to press the dog's neck by disconnecting the leather belt part to be hooked on the front side of the neck of the dog and containing a flat spring material and attaching a lead-connection ring to the disconnected part. SOLUTION: The dog collar is provided with a leather belt containing a flat spring material and hooking on the front side of the neck of a dog, a buckle-holding piece formed by extending an end of the leather belt and having a buckle attached to the tip end, and a length-adjusting piece to connect and fix to the buckle at a prescribed position by extending the other end of the leather belt and inserting into the buckle from its tip end. The dog collar has at least a pair of connection rings to connect the lead to the buckle-holding piece and the lead is detachably attached to the connection ring pair. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
