A base (1) has numerous module receiving slots (3), each slot including a connection port (10) and a communication interface (13) that is connected with a control unit (2) via communication bus (12). The connection port is connected with wiring (9). When each functional module is inserted into each slot, the connection port and interface of the module connect with that of the associated slot. The interface may also be connected to a radio device via feeder line. The device is in wireless communication with the control unit using Bluetooth(RTM: wireless communication).
