摘要 <p>A preparation method of carbon nanostructures using organo-metallic gels is provided to prepare carbon nanostructures simply at a relatively low temperature as compared with a conventional preparation method of carbon nanostructures, and prepare various carbon nanostructures such as carbon nanotubes, carbon nanocapsules, and carbon nanoparticles. A preparation method of carbon nanostructures using organo-metallic gels comprises: a first step of mixing and stirring zirconium(iv) alkoxide with an organic solvent comprising an alcohol-based solvent, water, and acetic acid to obtain a zirconium(iv) composite solution; a second step of drying the zirconium(iv) composite solution at a temperature of 100 to 150‹C to obtain a dry gel; and a third step of subjecting the dry gel to heat treatment at a temperature of 300 to 600‹C for 25 to 40 minutes to obtain carbon nanostructures through carbonization. The alkoxide of the first step is any one selected from the group consisting of butoxide, isopropoxide, ethoxide, and acetate-based compound. The preparation method further comprises adding a transition metal element into the mixture of the zirconium(iv) alkoxide, alcohol-based solvent, water, and acetic acid of the first step to obtain various carbon nanostructures including multiwalled carbon nanotubes and spherical carbon nanotubes.</p>
