<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly duplicate the data of an RFID tag, and to easily detect the data, even after the data are duplicated without affecting existing configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 100 is provided with a bank exclusive for reading, as well as a bank, based on the existing specifications. When an RFID tag 100 is shipped from a maker, RFID identification information is stored in the bank that is exclusive for reading the RFID tag 100. When writing UII data in the RFID tag 100, a user who desires to secure the validity of the UII data encrypts the RFID identification information and UII data, and prepares encryption arithmetic result data, and stores the encryption arithmetic result data in a USER bank in the RFID tag 100.
