<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metronome capable of displaying a basic tempo and a repetitive tapping tempo, and a tuning device capable of performing low-resolution pitch error display and high-resolution pitch error display. <P>SOLUTION: In the metronome having a basic tempo signal generation means and a repetitive tapping tempo signal generation means, and having the first stepping motor driven by the basic tempo signal and the second stepping motor driven by the repetitive tapping tempo signal, the first indicating needle and the second indicating needle are rocked simultaneously at the basic tempo and at the repetitive tapping tempo by the first and second stepping motors. In the tuning device having a pitch error calculation means for calculating the pitch error of a musical sound signal, and the first and second stepping motor control means for converting the pitch error into a pulse number for low-resolution display and a pulse number for high-resolution display, low-resolution display driving of the first stepping motor and high-resolution display driving of the second stepping motor are performed by the first and second stepping motor control means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
