<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing waste sludge treatment apparatus and method which can improve a treatment efficiency of fluorine-containing waste sludge. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing waste sludge treatment apparatus 10 comprises a heating furnace 11 for heating fluorine-containing waste sludge (1) generated during the surface treatment of an aluminum molding to decompose the sludge into aluminum fluoride (2) as a solid component and ammonium fluoride (3) as a gas component, and a reaction vessel 12 for reacting the ammonium fluoride (3) with hydrogen fluoride (4) to generate ammonium hydrogen fluoride (5). An absorption portion 35 for absorbing the ammonium fluoride (3) in an absorption liquid (9) is installed in the treatment apparatus 10. In the absorption portion 35, gas containing the ammonium fluoride (3) is brought into contact with the absorption liquid (9), so that the ammonium fluoride (3) is absorbed in the absorption liquid (9), and the absorption liquid (9) is heated. In the reaction vessel 12, the ammonium fluoride (3) in the absorption liquid (9) transferred from the absorption portion 35 is reacted with hydrogen fluoride (4) to generate ammonium hydrogen fluoride (5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
