PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output device including a level conversion circuit having an output value of a determined level even when an input is in a floating state. SOLUTION: The input/output device includes a level conversion circuit for converting an input signal of a first voltage into an output signal of a second voltage, an output driving circuit actuated in response to the output signal.
