PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a movable base 3 from colliding with a body of a worker due to advance projection of the movable base 3, when a movable base 11 is extracted, in the case where a sliding resistance of a rail 12 for supporting the movable base 11 becomes larger than a sliding resistance of other rail 4 for supporting the movable base 11 slidably with respect to the movable base 3. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with the first movable base 3 guided so as to be freely advanced and retracted with respect to a fixed base 2 by the first rail 4, the second movable base 11 guided so as to be freely advanced and retracted with respect to the first movable base by the second rail 12, and a locking part 41 in the fixed base, a locked part 42 positioned to be locked with the locking part is provided in the first movable base, an engaging member 43 is provided to detachably engage the locking part with the locked part, and the locking part and the locked part block continuously the movement to an extraction direction of the first movable base, by continuous engagement via the engaging member, both when the first movable base and the second movable base are located in a storage position, and when the second movable base is to be moved independently to the extraction position.
