PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design information management device capable of certainly verifying whether unexpected influence appears because of a change of a program in a function related to the change of the program. SOLUTION: This design information management device has: a product storage part 107 storing a software product; a design information storage part 104 storing design information or related information; a verification information storage part 109 storing verification time information; and a means having a function extracting relation between an upstream software product, and the design information and a design information identification ID from the software product, and managing the design information in design information identification ID units. The design information management device also has: a means managing relation between the design information identification IDs; a means retrieving the higher-rank design information than the design information to be changed, and extracting a verification item to be reverified; a means presenting verification order; and a means presenting a verification time of reverification.
