PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inexpensive electromagnetic wave shielding layer having good quality by applying a silver halide photosensitive material technique, an ink jet technique, and a printing technique. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the electromagnetic wave shielding film for applying exposure and development processing to a photosensitive material having a photosensitive silver salt applied thereon to form a metal silver pattern, a light-shielding ink is applied to the photosensitive material to manufacture a light-shielding ink pattern, and the pattern is exposed.
