PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing an information processor from being used by persons other than authenticated users. SOLUTION: This system is composed of: an information processor for receiving an input of user password information, transmitting the user password information to an IC card, receiving an authentication result, issuing a video data transmission request to a network camera, receiving the monitored video data and inhibiting an input/output operation when a result obtained by applying the received monitored video data to user absence recognition processing is user absence; an IC card for receiving the user password information, authenticating the user with reference to the user password information and transmitting the result; and a network camera for receiving the video data transmission request and transmitting photographed monitoring video data.
