PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of safely specifying authentication data by using voice recognition technology. SOLUTION: The information processing system for generating authentication data 100 for authenticating a user on the basis of user's voice information comprises: an inquiry generation part 20 for generating an inquiry of a type for selecting and answering any one of a plurality of answer words which are different from the authentication data 100 in accordance with a prescribed algorithm; an answer word specification information storage part 30 in which answer word specification information 130 corresponding to a plurality of answer words is stored; an answer identification part 40 for identifying a user's answer on the basis of a user's answer voice to an inquiry and the answer word specification information 130 and generating answer identification information 140; and an authentication data specification part 50 for executing processing for specifying the authentication data 100 on the basis of the answer identification information 140.
