PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor drum that is very advantageous in obtaining clear images, or images without image shifts and image blurs. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor drum 12 comprises a drum body 14; first and second flange materials 16 and 18 attached to both ends of the drum body 14 in the longitudinal direction. The drum body 14 comprises a cylinder 1402; and a photosensitive layer 1404 formed on the front surface of the cylinder 1402, where the cylinder 1402 has fitting hole 1406 formed on both ends of the cylinder 1402. First and second flange members 16 and 18 respectively include cylindrical sections 1602 and 1802 that are fitted and fixed to the fitting holes 1406 of the drum body 14, and shaft portions 1610 and 1810. The photoreceptor drum 12 is formed so that the deflection in the radial direction becomes 15μm or smaller, with the center axis L, that connects the centers of the shaft portions 1610 and 1810 of the first and second flange materials 16 and 18, as the reference.
