PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member and a structure having superior mechanical strength and enabling improvement in construction efficiency, as well as to provide a facility for storage and infiltration of rainwater etc. using them. SOLUTION: In the structural member 10 for storage and infiltration of the rainwater etc., a female fitting part 14 extends in a height direction T at a widthwise center part, and a male fitting part 15 extends in the height direction T on two sides of a widthwise direction W. The structure 1 comprises a plurality of the structural members 10. The plurality of structural members 10 are arranged adjacently to one another in a manner of intersecting at right angles. The male fitting part 15 on a side is joined to the female fitting part 14 on the other side. By further joining four structural members 10 adjacent to one another, a grid c is formed with the sides each having the dimension being a half of the width W1 of the structural member 10.
