PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide decorative glass or windows attached therewith, having high durability and design, without causing the problem of toxic gas and the spread of a fire. SOLUTION: A first printed layer 3 composed of a Japanese paper pattern of a white color is formed on one surface of a base board 2 of transparent plate glass by a screen printing method using ceramic ink 11. A second printed layer 4 composed of whole surface solid printing of a white color thinner than the Japanese paper pattern is formed on the first printed layer 3. A third printed layer 5 composed of a Japanese paper pattern of a white color the same as the first printed layer 3 is formed on the second printed layer 4.
