PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film having excellent stretchability, heat shrinkability, gas barrier properties and optical properties. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable film has a layer composed of a resin composition containing (C) a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having a specific structure unit (I) and (F) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer free from the structure unit (I) at a specific ratio.
