摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength characteristic variable composite metal nano particle for forming the increasing/sensitizing field of photo-reaction causing reaction at a three-dimensional arbitrary position in a substance, also to provide a multiphoton absorbing reaction material of high sensitivity using it and a multiphoton absorbing reaction aid, and to enable the adaptation of the composite metal nano particle to an ultra-high density and super-precise product.
