PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing improved in lubricity by enhancing lubricating oil retentivity thereof. SOLUTION: A needle roller bearing 21 as the roller bearing includes an outer ring formed by continuously connecting circular arc-shaped outer ring members 22a, 22b in the circumference and needle rollers 23 as rollers arranged along an inner diameter surface of the outer ring. The outer ring members 22a, 22b each has radially inwardly projecting flange parts 22d at axial ends.
