PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath water improving device which gives a therapeutic effect, a relaxation effect, and a hormesis effect to a bating person, gives deodorizing functionality and antibacterial functionality to bath water, and inhibits generation of Legionella bacteria and aquatic fungi. SOLUTION: The proper numbers of amphibole plates 1 which are made in a form of a plate having a proper size and thickness, have far-infrared ray radiation characteristics, and deodorizing functionality and antibacterial properties, release minus ions, and have a hormesis effect, and chlorite plates 2 which has far-infrared ray radiation characteristics, and antibacterial functionality, release minus ions, have a hormesis effect, and have inhibiting power on Legionella bacteria and aquatic fungi are combined, and flatly accommodated and arranged in a frame member 3 whose top and bottom are opened.
