PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which achieves a higher convenience while upgrading the defence performance against illegal unlocking action. SOLUTION: A spin drum game machine 1 using balls has a front door 3 so installed on an outer frame 2 as to be openable or closeable. A lock device for locking the front door 3 onto the outer frame 2 is installed on the rear side of the front door 3. The lock device is provided with a cylinder lock operated with a key and a hook member which is displaced in linkage with the action of the cylinder lock to be retained on a receiving metal of the outer frame 2 and the displacement of the hook member is disabled without insertion of the key into the cylinder lock. The lock device also has a holding member which can regulate the displacement of the hook member in the direction of locking to hold it at the non-retaining position when the front door 3 is opened and a switching member for regulating or allowing the displacement of the holding member.
